A Few Words
Norbury Hall Residential Care Home offers peace and tranquility in a friendly, supportive and compassionate atmosphere.
The Grade 2 listed building is set in beautiful gardens and parkland and was once home to the Mayor of Croydon in 1887.
The home offers short and long-term care in single or shared rooms all which have views of the surrounding grounds and many feature en-suite facilities.
Norbury Hall provides care for older people living with dementia.
We have a team of skilled and professional staff who pride themselves on delivering the highest standards of care.

At Norbury Hall we believe all staff are equally important in the holistic care given to our residents, if you or your loved one has more specialist specific needs, please contact us and we shall be happy to assist you.
END OF LIFE CARE
We have developed an end of life care homes and we are a member of the Sustainability Initiative for End of Life Care in Care Homes
RESPITE CARE
Respite Care is a short-term passage of care, often for one to two weeks, from a carer who is different from your usual provider. These circumstances, can take place in your own home.
24/7 CARE AND SUPPORT
Our Team offer a high standard of dedication, person-centered care and support 24- hours a day.
Overall the staff and management have been kind and responsive to my mother's needs. Have been kind and upstanding to my fears and anxiety of this most unimaginable reality of your parent or parents getting to this stage in life. But I sleep a little easier at night thinking she might be safe.
