In the kitchens our fully trained chef has worked in restaurants, hotels and for our company for over 9 years . He and his team provide varied daily meals that are nutritionally balanced and freshly prepared. Residents can enjoy sociable mealtimes in our dining rooms, or take any meal in the peace of their own room, if they prefer. We make sure that on their birthdays, each resident receives a celebratory party and a cake to make their day extra special to share with their friends and family.
Our House Keeping, domestic cleaning and laundry team are well trained in laundry and room management making sure rooms are kept clean and tidy and in the way our residents like. We also offer an in-house clothing labelling service, individualised laundry system, and facilities for residents to do their laundry themselves if they wish to do so.
At Norbury Hall we believe all staff are equally important in the holistic care given to our residents, if you or your loved one has more specialist specific needs, please contact us and we shall be happy to assist you.
