Senior Carer / Team Leader
As we grow, we are looking for an experienced senior care worker to join our senior management team for the day or night shift.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience at senior support worker/team leader level within an elderly care setting or 1 years previous deputy home management experience
- Have NVQ level 3 in care and help and support fellow staff members undertaking NVQ level 2
- Have a sound understanding of Compliance Outcomes as set by the CQC
- Have strong communication skills, particularly with regards to issues surrounding elderly and dementia care
- Have strong administrative and leadership skills
The following are desirable:
- Registered nursing qualification
- Care Certificate
- Experience of elderly psychiatric/dementia/palliative care
For the right candidate, this position provides an opportunity to achieve personal and professional fulfilment from a rewarding and challenging job. There is scope to progress within the company to senior positions and there are excellent rates of pay. There will be an immediate start subject to satisfactory DBS and reference checks.
Cleaner / Domestic
We have vacancies for Cleaner / Domestic positions within our Organisation. This is a 30 hour (5 day) position. The role includes house keeping, cleaning and domestic work and ensuring our Home is kept clean, clear and odour free.
Previous experience is not necessary but may be useful. Desired attributes are: good communication, able to work independently, able to take instruction and one who takes pride in their job. Please send your completed application to us at the address listed.
